1. Eligibility & Consent

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are not of legal age in your jurisdiction, a parent or guardian must accept these Terms on your behalf.

2. Service Description

PotGold: Trick Shot 8 is a mobile entertainment App featuring billiards / trick-shot style gameplay. It may include reward programs, promotions, and in-app advertising. Features and reward rules may change or end at any time.

3. Account, Access & Security

• You are responsible for activity on your device and within your session
• Do not share credentials, bypass authentication, or access systems without authorization
• Provide accurate details for withdrawals, verification, or support
• Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access

4. Acceptable Use

You may not:

• Use bots, scripts, emulators, or similar tools to manipulate gameplay, ads, or rewards
• Reverse engineer or extract source code except where allowed by law
• Attack or disrupt https://rqfjr.potgts.com or partner systems
• Submit fraudulent withdrawals or fabricate ad impressions
• Violate applicable laws or harass others

5. Rewards, Withdrawals & PayPal

• Rewards (when offered) are promotional and subject to in-app rules
• Withdrawals may require minimum balances, fraud review, and a verified PayPal account
• Suspicious or rule-breaking requests may be delayed, canceled, or denied
• Processing times depend on PayPal, partners, compliance checks, and your region

6. Intellectual Property

Software, art, trademarks, and content in the App belong to us or our licensors. You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial entertainment under these Terms.

7. Advertising & Third-Party Services

The App may integrate advertising, analytics, and payment partners. Their own terms and privacy policies apply. We are not responsible for third-party content or practices outside our control.

8. Privacy

Your use is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and share personal information. By using the App, you acknowledge that you have reviewed it.

9. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, engaged in fraud or abuse, or pose a risk to users or the platform. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we and our affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to the greater of (a) amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or (b) USD $50, except where mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PotGold: Trick Shot 8, its operators, and affiliates from claims, damages, and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the App, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

13. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are interpreted under applicable law, including mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction. Before formal proceedings, contact ewingappdev@gmail.com to seek a good-faith resolution.

Non-waivable consumer rights under local law are not limited by these Terms.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms as the App or legal requirements evolve. Material revisions may be communicated in-app or by other reasonable means. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
